1. Who we are
ArmLyst ("we") is a product of ArmBot Academy (SSM 202603246160), 38-1 Jalan Delima, Pusat Perdagangan Pontian, 82000 Pontian, Johor, Malaysia. These Terms govern your use of the ArmLyst website (armlyst.com), app (app.armlyst.com) and service ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.
2. Eligibility
The Service is for business use, by people aged 18 and over who have authority to bind the business.
4. Your data stays yours
You own the data you upload or connect (for example sales and ad-spend files and ad spend data read through a connector). Your files may include your customers' email addresses or phone numbers (we do not need names). You confirm you may share them with us for this purpose, and we use them only to provide the Service to you. We process it to provide the Service as described in the Privacy Policy (privacy.armlyst.com). After termination, data is handled per section 11 and the Privacy Policy.
5. Data sources and connectors
The Service can read data from CSV files you upload. Where available, it can also connect to Meta Ads and Google Ads. Connectors may not be enabled for every account.
- You supply your own access credentials for each connector. You confirm you are entitled to use them and to let us read the data they give access to, and that doing so is allowed under the terms of the platform concerned (Meta, Google).
- We store those credentials encrypted and use them read-only, to read ad spend data so the Service can answer your questions. We do not use them to change your ad accounts.
- You can disconnect a connector at any time; this deletes the credential we stored. Data already synced is deleted on request to contact@armlyst.com.
- You are responsible for the credentials you provide and for revoking them with the platform if you no longer want us to have access.
6. AI answers are decision support, not advice
Questions you ask in the Ask feature are answered by an AI model. AI-generated answers are decision-support information only. They may be incomplete or wrong. They are not professional, financial, legal or tax advice and not a guarantee of any outcome. You are responsible for your decisions and for reviewing information before acting. How your question and data are handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Your responsibilities and acceptable use
Do not: (a) use the Service unlawfully; (b) upload or connect data you have no right to use; (c) disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access; (d) misuse or exceed plan limits; (e) infringe others' rights. We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe there is a breach.
8. Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. There may be maintenance and events beyond our control, and third-party platforms (including Meta, Google and our AI provider) may be unavailable or change. No SLA is offered.
9. Payments and billing
Paid plans are subject to the Billing Terms (/billing-terms), which prevail on billing matters.
10. Our intellectual property
The Service (software, branding, content) is ours or our licensors'. You may not copy or use our branding except as allowed by us in writing.
11. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend for breach of these Terms or the law. After termination, data is handled per the Privacy Policy, including the deletion periods stated there. Your data is not deleted for non-payment (see Billing Terms).
12. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, data or goodwill, or for more than the fees paid in the 12 months before the event. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Governing law
Laws of Malaysia; exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
14. Changes to these Terms
We will notify you of material changes before they take effect; continued use is acceptance.
